Terms & Policies

Cancellations due to acts of God (illness, death, natural disaster, inclement weather, etc.) are fully refunded. We continuously monitor weather forecasting and always advise on rescheduling. Deposits are fully refunded if this is not possible.

Cancellation by Client Notices: 

More than 10 days prior to the charter are eligible for a full refund. 

6-9 days prior to the charter the client is eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 5 days before the charter date will be charged in full. 

​

Instances of “non-show-up” are not eligible for refunding. 

​

The basis of settlement for cancellation notices is defined as the date the notice is submitted in writing or by telephone.

Term Charter Cancellation by Client Notice:
More than 60 days prior to the charter are also eligible for full refunding.

Between 46 and 60 business days prior to the charter are eligible for a 50% refund.

Between 31 and 45 business days prior to the charter are eligible for a 25% refund.

Notices less than 31 days prior to the charter are not eligible for a refund.

The receipt date of a cancellation notice submitted in writing or by telephone shall be the basis for settlement of the stated cancellation charges.

Your day charter begins at Bay Street Marina, located on Bay Street after Crypto Isle and Before the Beach Soccer Stadium. Bay Street Marina is a 5-minute cab ride from downtown Nassau and a 10-minute cab ride from any hotel on Paradise Island. Instruct the driver to take you to Bay Street Marina located adjacent to the Green Parrot restaurant. Our crew will be waiting to welcome you at the marina dock entrance.

Clicquot provides full bar service. Our soft selection includes a range of sodas, bottled waters and natural juices. Bar options feature local / international beers, hard seltzer, all standard mixed drinks and exotic craft cocktials.

House Prosecco, summer white wines, Rosé  and Bahamian Sky Juice is also available. Red wine is only available for seated dining experiences.

Corporate Charters: For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added to all corporate charters. 

Tourists & Residents: Gratuity is not included in your charter cost but is very much appreciated by our hard-working staff. This can be paid via a signed tip affirmation and processed by credit card at the conclusion of your charter. Thank you!
